Returns Policy

Our Policy:  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a Refund.

Conditions for Returns:  Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at keithryen@pl-cpr.com or 361-920-3129 to initiate a return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided.

Refunds:  Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at keithryen@pl-cpr.com or 361-920-3129 for a replacement or full refund.
